Curbside Pickup – The City does curbside pickup from April 1st – December 1st. On Monday’s only, the City of Schofield will pick up bagged leaves and branches curbside (no grass or other organic matter). We ask that all branches be piled in one direction with the cut side to the curb. DO NOT BAG BRANCHES! This service is for Schofield residents only.

Please pull up to the gate and it will open during the hours listed above.

The compost area is located at 351 Alderson Street (across from American Wood Fibers). It is located behind our public works building and has a gated entry. Signs are posted at the entry.

Accepted yard waste:

• Leaves
• Grass Clippings
• Yard and Garden Debris/Brush
  (including woody vegetative material no greater than 6 inches in diameter)

Yard Waste NOT Accepted:

• Stumps
• Roots
• Shrubs with Root Balls
• Construction materials

Cameras are located at the facility. Anyone found dumping non-acceptable yard waste will be ticketed!

The compost drop off site is for SCHOFIELD RESIDENTS ONLY! You may be asked to show proof of residency.
