Riverside Fire District

Riverside Fire District is a volunteer department covering Fire, EMS and Rescue operations for the City of Schofield and the Village of Rothschild.

Riverside Fire District has highly trained firefighters and EMTs that respond to calls for service each year for the communities of the City of Schofield & the Village of Rothschild. These calls include Fires, Emergency Medical Services, Water and Ice Rescue emergencies, automobile accidents and many more.

Riverside Fire District is also active in fire prevention in the community. Firefighters visit schools and many civic organizations to talk about fire safety. Riverside Fire District visits businesses within the city once a year to go through Fire Prevention Surveys to ensure fire safety. Riverside Fire District will also visit your home (within the city limiits) free of charge for a home fire survey. To schedule a home fire survey, please contact 715-359-3500.
